There are two types of stresses. The first is work-related. The second is environment-related.
Work-related stress can be detrimental to your health if you don't know how to deal with it. You need the job but you can't seem to cope with the pressure. So learn how to calm yourself. Take frequent breaks from your work. You need to examine your situation. Scale down your problems to size. Ask yourself what is the best way to handle your present stress. Do not panic. Remind yourself there is a solution and look for it. Do not ignore the problem. If you think clearly, you will find the solution.
Environment-related stress is common to lots of people. They have learned that you can overcome any threatening situation by putting your mind to it. Again, do not panic. See that in any difficult situation, there is an equivalent opportunity if you look deep enough. Calm down and get the best solution. If you think clearly, you will 'get it'.
Stay out of sticky situations by prayers and faith. You can do it!
